Our office in Lehi, Utah is growing rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, dog-loving salespeople to join our Puppy Concierge team. Our Puppy Concierges help families around the country find their perfect puppy by explaining the PuppySpot placement process, providing additional requested puppy information and asking qualifying screening questions to potential puppy parents. In this role, you will work with inbound leads only - you won't be doing any cold calling here! We provide our employees with training and sales support and believe that the success of our Puppy Concierge team is integral to the success of PuppySpot as a company.
This is a full-time position in our Lehi, Utah office with health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401k match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications
Telephone Sales experience wanted
Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with customer follow-up
