Our Inside Account Executives do not need Mortgage Experience to be successful.
Our Training Program includes up to 2 weeks of extensive mortgage training followed by continued mentoring to help ensure your success. Our open door policy and team environment will set you on the path of earning the income you want to make.
Responsibilities
The Work:
-Our Inside Account Executives will maintain an up to date sales pipeline, account information, and sales process to ensure adherence to company lending and service standards.
-You will source for new brokers on an ongoing basis and submit required documentation for broker and loan approval
-Inside Account Executives will develop and execute on an effective prospecting plan of mortgage brokers
-They will prepare call lists and take all appropriate actions needed to drive and sustain business
-Our Inside Account Executives will win business through deepening contact networks within new or existing accounts.
-Our Inside Account Executives will become subject matter experts, answering all questions regarding pricing and loan information.
Qualifications
-Outgoing with ability to develop business relationships and maintain them.
-Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with colleagues.
-Computer savvy
-Strong time management skills to plan and organize a high daily loan volume.
-Excellent customer service skills to include maintaining a good attitude, uses positive communication, and respects associates time and schedules.
-Mortgage experience is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
