Job Description
Ezra Lee Design+Build delivers truly custom projects to its clients. We have experienced tremendous growth over the past 6 years, and have built strong brand recognition in both the custom home and light commercial industries in our market. We are currently looking to fill a long-term Project Management position. Applicants should be self-motivated, should communicate well, should be detail oriented, and should have a strong construction background.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
1. Project takeoffs
2. Soliciting and reviewing bids
3. Project budget creation
4. Bid Buyout
5. Reviewing invoices and processing draws
6. Management of project schedules
7. Management of project financials
8. Management of quality control
8. Other scopes and standard practices for a Project Manager and Superintendents in our industry as we see fit
Qualifications
A qualified applicant must be able to immediately step into a Project Managment role and perform all functions (as defined in the position responsibilities) effectively. Our team is hungry and fast paced. We love what we do, and are looking for motivated people with Get-it-Done and Problem Solving attitudes. A qualified applicant should also have strong computer skills, should have a basic understanding of construction project management software such as BuilderTrend, and should have very strong communication skills via email, texts, phone calls, AND face to face interaction.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
