Responsibilities
This position manages the home and commercial building process at various sites throughout Utah County. Ensure the success of the projects, the accuracy of the specific budgets, and timeliness of the schedule, System software is implemented in our office in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. The Construction Managers coordinate the work of company personnel and subcontractors to make sure each project is completed according to the specifications and time frame. The Construction Managers are also responsible for a safe and clean working environment on each project site.
Qualifications
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate clearly with client and Davies Design Build personnel.
Be able to write clearly, make list, produce change orders, and keep project organized.
Be able to touch base with clients, designers, and project managers on a daily bases.
Understand building process for residential and commercial projects.
Be familiar with local codes and inspection requirements.
Train and develop new trades and sub contractors to company standards.
Ensure the understanding of specifications and schedule with subcontractors and Davies Design personnel.
Minimize variance costs, maximize profitability, and manage issues with designers and clients.
Promote customer satisfaction through direct customer contact and meeting customers established expectations.
Maintain safe, clean, and organized working environment.
Handle tight deadlines and short notice on changes with complete flexibility.
Must make on-site decisions as to whether a process or product meets company expectations.
Make daily site decisions to produce a quality product, customer satisfaction, and project profitability within company expectations.
Ensure all OSHA, and SWPPP regulations are met.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work five (5) days during the week; Saturdays if workload requires.
Physical ability to inspect house and site during all phases of construction, which may involve climbing stairs or ladders.
Physical ability to tolerate inclement weather and adverse site conditions.
Tolerance for stress due to tight deadlines and short notice on changes.
Participate in weekly production meeting, and onsite Team Meetings.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
