Sales Assistant
Job Description
Working with one of the Top producing VA Loan teams in the Nation. We specialize in VA loans helping Veterans save thousands of dollars over the life of their loan. Very rewarding job. We are looking for a sales assistant who is self-motivated and has the excitement to go the extra mile to help out US Veterans. You will be trained the ins and out of the mortgage industry. You will not be selling mortgage loans but you will be helping the borrower though the process. We need an employee who is excited to go to work each day and who can multitask and look over a large amount of homeowners in the process of completing a refinance.
Responsibilities
- Gather documents and information for Clients
- Giving updated to clients through the refinance process
- Calling past clients and asking how we can assist
- Manage database contacts
Qualifications
- Smart with numbers and calculating
- Must be organized and keeping their desk clean
- Able to work with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
- Must have a great attitude and willing to learn
- Must have personality to communicate with homeowners asking questions over phone and through email
- Must be willing to be on the phone majority of the day
Pay will be hourly
Commissions. This is a full time position Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm. Any previous mortgage experience is a bonus, but not required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
