Job Description
Our office in Lehi, UT is growing rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable, dog-loving Telephone Sales People to join our Puppy Concierge team. Our Puppy Concierges help families around the country find their perfect puppy by explaining the PuppySpot placement process, providing additional requested puppy information and asking qualifying screening questions to potential puppy parents. In this role, you will work with warm leads only - you won't be doing any cold calling here! We provide our employees with training and sales support and believe that the success of our Puppy Concierge team is integral to the success of PuppySpot as a company.

Qualifications
Telephone Sales experience a must
Commission plus guaranteed minimum experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with customer follow-up
Experience with high-value phone sales is a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
