Workforce Manager
Job Description
WOMPLY is looking to hire a Workforce Manager to join our growing Lehi, Utah team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce planning, problem solving, and scheduling management. You will work directly with our team of over 100 sales reps to ensure a productive workforce. You will be responsible for increasing efficiency through forecasting and staff planning, reducing personnel costs through avoiding unnecessary overstaffing and overtime, and eliminating non-productive time.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Along with VP of Sales and HR, you will be responsible for drafting policies for time off, breaks, etc
- Draft and implement manual tracking processes
- Demonstrate ability to objectively enforce policies while maintaining trust between Womply and employees
- Increase utilization
- Implement workforce management software and dashboards
- Train staff to effectively use workforce management software and dashboards
- Complete viable proposals for multiple daily shifts as well as Saturday shifts.

- Previous experience in a SMB or Consumer-SaaS environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
