Aurae is looking for full time inbound customer service representatives in our Lehi, UT offices, located at Thanksgiving Point. We are looking for candidates that display a positive attitude and work well as part of a team. We are seeking strong individuals, that are dependable and are able to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in chats. We will also be in need of a night/swing shift supervisor. This person needs to be able to display strong problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example. Supervisor compensation will be determined on experience.
All agents will start at $13 to $15 DOE per hour plus benefits for Full Time agents. After 90 days of employment and reviews, increases in compensation will be considered.
We are looking for multiple shifts to be filled.
6 am - 3 pm
9 am - 5 pm
4 pm - 12 am
5 pm - 1 am
Responsibilities
- Interface with customers via chat system
- Interface with customers via inbound (95%) or outbound calls (5%)
- Interact with wealthy and pleasant consumers, no angry callers
- Resolve routine problems with products or services
- Update customer records upon request
Qualifications
- Previous call center experience 1-2 years
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Dependable and pays attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 30-35 words per minute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
