The Sales Development role is perfect for anyone with or without a sales background who wants to break into tech sales. This entry level position is a great place to kick off or continue to build your sales career. With the amazing growth we are experiencing every month, you ll have rare opportunities to grow with the company and be a part of something great. We are looking for people that are hard working, competitive, coachable, and have a winning attitude.
In this job you'll learn how to. . .
- Quickly become an expert on Weave s features and benefits
- Develop leads by phone and email by building value and interest
- Work closely with Account Executives to close business
- Create value by solution based selling
- Sales skills that will help you succeed in life
- Previous sales experience a plus, but not a requirement
- A high drive to succeed and win
- A desire to quickly rise through the ranks and be promoted
- Coachable and a team player
- Compete to win
- 0-5 years sales experience, or experience in a position where persuasion tactics were used.
