IT Account Manager
We are looking to add and Account Manager to our team.
This is a full time position.
Pay will be base plus commission.
Base will be determined by your experience.
This individual will play an active role in building partnerships with the accounts assigned to the Account Manager.
They will reach out to our clients customer organizations and build strong relationships with key points of contact.
This role will manage many accounts and will work with crossfunctional teams to respond to customer requests and address escalated issues.
They will update account status maintain accurate and uptodate records.
This individual will to take ownership of customers requestsissues and act with a sense of urgency while driving for resolution and to exceed our customers expectations.
They will keep up to date on current services and offerings and look for new sales opportunities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
